The candidate will oversee end-to-end accounting for fixed assets, ensure policy compliance, and support year-end activities and audits. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Proven fixed assets accounting and management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fixed assets accounting, tracking and reporting.
• Advise stakeholders on accounting treatment, asset classification and policy requirements.
• Lead process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, including AI/RPA tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and drive capability development.
