Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Management lead to own end-to-end AI data programs across global teams. You will oversee quality, progress, cost, and risk while guiding cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality data for model training and evaluation.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, establish governance, drive process improvements, and apply AI-enabled productivity while maintaining compliance with internal policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of regional team management experience with proven leadership of a PM team.
• 5+ years in program/project management with end-to-end AI data delivery experience.
• Strong quality, schedule, risk/change control, and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across regional/global teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exposure to potentially harmful content.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI data programs across concurrent projects.
• Drive governance: milestones, capacity planning, dependencies, change control, risk mitigation.
• Define and enforce quality standards; drive RCA/CAPA to reduce rework.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm/model, platform, policy/compliance, and operations teams on scope and readiness.
• Manage vendor performance via SLAs/KPIs; budget planning and unit economics.
• Hire, coach, and performance-manage AI project managers; establish delivery standards.
• Apply AI tooling to improve delivery efficiency and maintain policy compliance.
