Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Management Lead for the AI Data Service and Operations team to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI data programs, ensuring quality, progress, cost, and risk across multiple projects.

You will directly lead experienced AI Project Managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process standardization, data-driven governance, and AI-enabled productivity while maintaining compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years regional team management experience leading an experienced project management team.
• 5+ years of program/project management with end-to-end delivery in AI data operations (LLM data, AIGC, data annotation/evaluation).
• Strong quality, schedule, risk/change control, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across regional/global teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with exposure to challenging content.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of AI data projects end-to-end, delivering on time, quality, and budget.
• Establish delivery governance: milestones, capacity planning, dependencies, change control, risk mitigation.
• Define and enforce quality standards; drive RCA/CAPA to reduce rework; optimize workflows and metrics.
• Align product, algorithm/model, platform, policy/compliance, and operations on scope and launch readiness.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting and executive-ready updates; resolve escalations.
• Manage vendor performance via SLAs/KPIs; budget planning and unit economics; oversee cost efficiency.
• Hire, coach, and performance-manage AI project managers; establish delivery standards and cadence.
• Apply AI tooling to improve delivery efficiency and quality in compliance with internal policies.
