Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to join our Singapore team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on leading hands-on adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and low-code AI agent platforms across enterprise environments.

You will train, build, and deploy AI agents while ensuring security and compliance throughout client engagements. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, combining engineering, training, and enablement to maximize the value of Microsoft AI investments for

Qualifications

Experience delivering Basic and Advanced Copilot training workshops.
Experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
Experience building AI agents with Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops for end users and admins.
Design and deliver Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources and Microsoft 365 services.
Support Copilot rollout and adoption activities and change management.
Serve as on-site technical expert for clients and translate needs into AI solutions.
Ensure activities comply with security policies and data-handling requirements.
Develop enablement materials to scale adoption.
Maintain high customer quality and participate in regular reviews.
