Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to join our Singapore team in a full-time, on-site role supporting secure client environments, including MINDEF facilities. You will design and deploy full-stack AI agents, write production-grade code, and manage Day 2 operations on Azure.

You will collaborate with customer teams, maintain GitHub pipelines, ensure security monitoring, backups, and cost reporting while balancing delivery speed and resilience in a highly secure government

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development in Python/JavaScript with production code delivery.
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs or agentic AI.
• Experience delivering complex systems in dynamic environments.
• Customer-facing technical delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Hands-on Azure admin experience: VMs, App Services, Function Apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack systems and AI agents from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with customer teams to understand needs and drive adoption.
• Own technical delivery across deployments and ensure stability.
• Create reusable tools, playbooks, and build blocks from delivery patterns.
• Maintain Azure services, VM backups, and monitor security postures.
• Manage Azure Container Apps/Registry and update App/Function frameworks.
• Pipe logs to monitoring systems and ensure operational visibility.
• Review RBAC/access and enforce least-privilege IAM.
• Produce cost reporting and handle tickets through resolution.
• Participate in regular 1:1s with manager and team.
