Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Copilot) to lead adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

This client-facing role designs and delivers Copilot training at scale, builds AI agents using Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, and drives change management to translate capability into productive workflows within a secure government environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
• Experience conducting Basic and Advanced Copilot training workshops at scale.
• Experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
• Proven track record building AI agents with Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Leading large-scale Copilot adoption and change-management programmes in public-sector or enterprise settings.
• Strong facilitation, curriculum-design and stakeholder-management skills from C-suite to frontline users.
• Singapore Citizen eligible for Singapore Government security clearance and able to undergo MHA vetting.
• Willingness to work on-site at client premises as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Copilot training: plan and facilitate workshops for end users to admins.
• Lead adoption and change management across agencies, including calendars, campaigns, communications, and reporting.
• Enable trainers: design train-the-trainer programmes and facilitator guides.
• Deliver Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
• Build AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio integrated with Microsoft 365 services.
• Create enablement materials: workshop content, labs, guides, and best-practice docs.
• Uphold security and governance: ensure compliance with government data-handling requirements.
