Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to join our Singapore team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on leading hands-on adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and low-code AI agent platforms across enterprise environments.

Position Summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to join our team in Singapore in a full-time, on-site role supporting secure client environments, including MINDEF facilities as required. As an AI Deployed Engineer - Copilot, you will lead hands‑on adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft’s low‑code AI agent platforms across enterprise and public‑sector environments. In this client‑facing role, you will deliver Copilot and agent development training, build production‑ready AI agents, and help users confidently embed AI into everyday workflows while operating within strict security and compliance requirements.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor equal parts engineer, trainer, and enabler helping organizations realize measurable value from their Microsoft AI investments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops for end users, power users, administrators, and other client audiences.
• Design and deliver Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops, helping participants build, test, and govern their own AI agents.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, connectors, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support Copilot rollout and adoption activities, including readiness assessments, configuration, use‑case discovery, and change management.
• Serve as the on‑site technical expert for clients, troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into practical AI solutions.
• Ensure training, development, and deployment activities comply with client security policies and government data‑handling requirements.
• Develop enablement materials, including workshop content, hands‑on labs, reference guides, and best‑practice documentation to scale adoption.
• Consistently meet customer quality, delivery, and professionalism standards, with performance assessed through periodic customer feedback evaluations.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands‑on experience conducting Basic and Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops.
• Proven experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, from design through deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, and how Copilot integrates across it.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Singapore Citizen who is eligible to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance and willing to undergo the required vetting process.
• Willingness to work on‑site at client premises, including secured government facilities, as required.

Required Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals PL-900.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC-900.
• Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting training or delivering engagements for Government services in Singapore.
• Prior experience working within secured or classified government environments.
• Additional Microsoft role‑based certifications, such as MS‑102, PL‑200, or AI‑102.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse in support of agent development.
• Familiarity with responsible‑AI principles, data governance, and enterprise information‑security practices.
