Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Copilot) to lead adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio across government client agencies in Singapore. This client-facing role designs and delivers Copilot training, builds AI agents, and drives change management to turn capability into daily productivity for MHA officers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders from C-suite to frontline users, create enablement materials, and ensure compliance with MHA security policies in a secure

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training for the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
• Experience delivering Basic and Advanced Copilot training at scale.
• Experience building AI agents with Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Proven track record leading large-scale Copilot adoption and change-management.
• Strong facilitation, curriculum-design and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Copilot training: Plan and facilitate Copilot workshops for MHA officers.
• Lead adoption and change management across MHA agencies.
• Enable trainers with train-the-trainer programmes and guides.
• Deliver agent development training for Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Build AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Create enablement materials: write guides and reference labs.
• Uphold security and governance per MHA policies.
