Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to lead hands-on development of agentic AI solutions. You will design full-stack systems and AI agents, deploy in production, and support Day 2 operations within a secure government-enabled environment.

Expect close collaboration with clients, embedding with teams, and ongoing operational improvements. You will work on Azure-based platforms, manage containers, backups, and observability, while applying a strong SRE mindset to ensure

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs/agentic AI.
• Customer-facing technical delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack systems and AI agents for production use.
• Collaborate with customer teams to scope work and guide adoption.
• Own technical delivery across deployments and trade-offs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ensure post-upgrade reliability.
• Manage Azure-based resources (VMs, App Services, Functions).
