Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Copilot) to drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption for Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs. The role trains at scale, designs enablement programs, and builds AI agents with Copilot Studio integrated with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot training for government or large organisations.
• Experience running Basic and Advanced Copilot training workshops at scale.
• Proven ability to build AI agents with Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Copilot training for MHA officers from end users to admins.
• Lead large-scale Copilot adoption across MHA agencies with campaigns and reporting.
• Design train-the-trainer programmes and facilitator guides.
• Deliver Agent Builder and Copilot Studio training workshops.
• Build, test and govern AI agents integrated with Microsoft 365 services.
• Create enablement materials and ensure security governance compliance.
