Job summary

Concentrix in Singapore seeks an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to partner with government clients on end-to-end AI deployments. You will design full-stack systems, deploy AI agents, and operate the Azure-backed platform with a focus on security, cost-efficiency, and day-2 operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure, container platforms, and CI/CD, plus the ability to work on-site at secured client facilities. Strong communication with engineers and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with deployments powered by LLMs or agentic AI.
• Proven delivery of complex, customer-facing technical projects.
• Hands-on production Azure operations (VMs, App Services, Functions).
• Experience with ACA/ACR and containerized deployments on Azure.
• Strong GitHub Actions CI/CD experience.
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for security and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of IAM/RBAC and cloud security best practices.
• Experience Day 2 operations—patching, backups, incident handling with an SRE mindset.
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams and customers under pressure.
• Singapore Citizen eligible for MINDEF vetting and on-site client work.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic solutions and full-stack AI agents, moving from prototype to production.
• Embed with customer teams to understand needs and guide adoption.
• Own end-to-end delivery across deployments, balancing scope, speed and quality.
• Codify working solutions into reusable tools, playbooks, and blocks.
• Maintain the Azure platform and VMs, including the GitHub server.
• Perform and verify GitHub server backups with automated uptime checks.
• Operate GitHub Actions pipelines and ensure pipelines survive upgrades.
• Manage Azure Container Apps and Azure Container Registry usage.
• Update and maintain App Services and Function Apps frameworks.
• Monitor security via Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel; triage alerts.
• Review RBAC access and maintain least-privilege access.
• Produce cost reporting and manage service tickets through resolution.
