Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced management consulting professionals to help train AI models by developing professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks on flexible, remote terms. The role focuses on client-ready strategy decks, market analyses, operating model redesigns, sensitive business-case models, and synthesis of stakeholder interviews.

This is a remote, flexible position offering approximately 5–20 hours per week with a start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with direct ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and building sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews into engagement diagnostics and build implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks.
