Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced compliance analysts to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, policy documents, and control-testing materials, delivering high-quality, well-structured artifacts with strong written communication.

Flexible remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week, compensation at $100/hour, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for regulatory filings, policy drafting, and control-testing documentation.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of regulator correspondence, memos, and board materials.
• Support regulatory-filing and disclosure review processes and contribute to AI governance memos.
