Morgan McKinley is hiring for an Agentic AI Lead Developer to join our client that specializes in water treatment, sanitation, and hygiene products for commercial and industrial customers!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, production‑ready agentic AI systems ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Design and implement serverless, event‑driven workflows using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to optimize automation processes.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems utilizing Azure ML, Databricks, and Python.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath to enhance business operations.
• Ensure system reliability and observability through Azure Monitor, logging, and alerting frameworks for proactive maintenance.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, reusable components, and governance policies to ensure consistency and compliance across solutions.
• Lead technical reviews, design sessions, and agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote cross‑team collaboration, manage delivery timelines, and stay informed on emerging AI trends to guide strategic initiatives.
