Prudential plc is seeking a Business Development professional to educate and equip agency partners on Employee Benefits solutions, aligning with our drive to grow EB distribution. You will collaborate with sales and pricing teams to enable wining quotes and expanded coverage across channels.

Join us to drive education, support sales processes, train channels, and handle inquiries while pursuing upsell opportunities within a dynamic EB environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EB (employee benefits) experience.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes.
• Understand and analyze sales quotations to aid Agency close sales.
• Provide support to the overall new business sales process.
• Explain & Upsell new line of covers.
• Assist in sales and product training to assigned channels.
• Handle enquiries from assigned channels.
• Assist in sales related projects that support EB distribution to increase upsell opportunities.
