Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive Employee Benefits sales by educating and equipping agents to present and win EB cases. The role reports to the Business Director of Agency New Business and collaborates with all channels to grow the Employee Benefits business.

Key duties include working with the actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes, analyzing quotations to aid closes, supporting the overall new business

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in employee benefits environment.
Bachelor degree in Business or related field; CMFAS certifications required/advantageous.

Responsibilities

Champion business development work with agents to educate and equip them to present and win Employee Benefit cases.
Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes and analyze sales quotations to aid close.
Provide support to the overall new business sales process and assist in sales-related projects.
Explain and upsell new lines of covers and conduct sales/product trainings for assigned channels.
Handle enquiries from assigned channels and coordinate with EB distribution to increase upsell opportunities.
