Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore in Singapore seeks a Business Development professional to educate and equip agency partners on Employee Benefits, driving quotes, sales, and upsell opportunities. You will report to the Business Director of Agency New Business and collaborate with multiple channels to grow the EB business.

The role requires at least 3 years in employee benefits, CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications, along with strong stakeholder, communication, and negotiation skills in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with employee benefits environment.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes
• Understand and analyze sales quotations to aid Agency close sales.
• Provide support to the overall new business sales process.
• Explaining & Upselling new line of covers
• Assist in conducting sales and product training to your assigned channels
• Handle enquiries from your assigned channels
• Assist in sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase upsell sales opportunities
