Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a sales leader to drive direct new business growth within the Employee Benefits (EB) segment. You will acquire new corporate clients, support existing ones, and expand the EBS footprint through proactive sales leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives.

You will report to the Head of Direct and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling value propositions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• CMFAS and HI are required qualifications.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a sales/EB environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver new business sales targets for EB; manage KPI delivery.
• Build and manage pipeline and close opportunities.
• Lead complex and high-value cases.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Lead end-to-end client engagement, proposals, and onboarding.
• Execute strategies to expand EBS direct business; analyze market trends.
