Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited seeks a direct sales leader to drive growth of the Employee Benefits (EB) segment. You will acquire new corporate clients, support existing ones, and expand the EB footprint through proactive sales leadership and stakeholder engagement.

You will own end-to-end client engagement, proposals, onboarding, renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling value propositions to clients within Singapore.

Qualifications

• CMFAS and HI are required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or EB/employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver new business sales targets within the EB segment (APE, EBXLife, and KPIs).
• Build and manage pipeline, close opportunities, and lead high-value cases.
• Develop strong corporate client relationships and manage end-to-end client engagement, proposals, and onboarding.
• Execute strategies to expand the EB direct business and analyze market opportunities.
