Job summary

Vincar Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent service admin coordinator in Singapore. You will manage customer data, support aftersales admin tasks, and draft service reports. You’ll handle daily/weekly/monthly maintenance planning, while delivering high-level customer service at reception.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, strong safety knowledge, and solid communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Be resourceful and multi-tasking.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, high-voltage safety protocols, and vehicle networks.

Responsibilities

• Key in and maintain accurate customer database.
• Provide support for aftersales administrative work.
• Prepare and draft out daily, weekly and monthly service report and upcoming/overdue maintenance.
• Customer reception and provide high level of service attention.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
