Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore West is seeking an organised administrator to manage end-to-end aftersales service operations. The role covers contracts, warranties, repairs, billing, and maintenance scheduling, with SAP and Salesforce usage.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in aftersales service administration or sales support, and a diploma or Nitec. This 6-month contract is convertible to permanent, offering a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Business Admin, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 1–2 years in Aftersales Service Admin/ Service Operations/ Sales Support.
• Experience with service contracts, warranty administration, repair coordination, or preventive maintenance scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service administration, including contracts, warranty claims, repairs, billing, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Prepare service quotations and respond promptly to customer and dealer enquiries.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, sales teams, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Maintain service records, inventory, and data using SAP and Salesforce.
• Support service pricing reviews and after-sales initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze service data to improve efficiency.
• Document and standardise service processes to support operational excellence.
• Ensure timely completion of service activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
