Job summary

Hyy Engineering in Singapore is seeking a diligent administrative support to assist the project team and technicians, prepare tenders and quotations for contracts and jobs, and arrange site surveys.

You will coordinate supplier sourcing for competitive pricing, prepare claims and progress submissions for air-conditioning projects, handle POs/DOs and sales invoicing, schedule project timelines, arrange daily manpower on site, and manage after-sales service and daily project paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project team/technician support
• Assistance in preparation of tender, quotation in related of contracts/job
• Arranging for site survey
• Source suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Prepare claims and progress submissions for air-conditioning projects
• Prepare and file POs, DOs and sales invoices
• Schedule air-conditioning and project timelines and deadlines
• Coordinate daily manpower at the jobsite with staff
• Handle complaints and after-sales service follow-ups
• Update and file daily project paperwork
• Prepare and update sales and expenses reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager
