Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Support to provide administrative and technical coordination for the Technical Services team in Singapore, handling service notifications, replacement cases, and customer inquiries.

The role involves data management, documentation, occasional site visits, and supporting after-sales operations to ensure high customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering background or related technical qualification.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITC certification.
• Basic understanding of mechanical products and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CRM and service management systems.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to perform office-based tasks and occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Services team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Manage Service Notifications and replacement cases for Singapore.
• Respond to simple technical enquiries via C4C CRM.
• Coordinate DHL replacement shipments and update Excel trackers.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and paperwork.
• Accompany team on site visits when required.
• Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks.
