Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a senior service leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team providing field service, workshop repairs and robot services. You will manage scheduling, parts logistics, and customer accounts while driving service contract growth and parts sales.

The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, cost efficiency, and safety standards, with a hands-on leadership style to coach technicians and expand service capabilities across equipment categories.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of hands on technical repair or service experience.
• Proven experience managing a technical/service team of around 8 to 15 staff.
• Relevant experience in commercial kitchen equipment, commercial coffee machines, material handling equipment, motorcycle repair, or a related technical service industry.
• Strong experience in service operations, P&L, spare parts and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to cover field service, workshop repairs, spare parts, robot service and service coordination.
• Oversee field service operations including technician scheduling, dispatch, troubleshooting and parts logistics.
• Manage key customer accounts and build strong long term relationships.
• Drive spare parts sales, inventory management and service contract growth.
• Develop and expand robotics service capabilities, and service contracts.
• Evaluate new products based on technical performance, serviceability, parts availability and total cost of ownership.
• Ensure strong WSH, electrical safety and workplace safety standards.
• Develop, coach and train the technical team while maintaining a hands-on service culture.
