Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on technical service leader to head a team of about 10 across field service, workshop repairs, spare parts and robot service. You will own the Tech Unit's P&L, driving revenue, profitability, labour utilisation and cost efficiency.

You will oversee field-service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, troubleshooting and parts logistics, while managing key customer accounts and expanding spare-parts sales and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical repair/service experience before moving into a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing a technical/service team of 8-15 staff.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, commercial coffee machines, material handling equipment, motorbike/scooter repair, or related technical service industry.
• Strong experience in service operations, P&L, spare-parts and inventory management.
• Seeking managers with technician servicing background, who can lead and still do hands-on servicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 10 staff covering field service, workshop repairs, spare parts, robot service and service coordination.
• Own the Tech Unit's P&L, driving revenue, profitability, labour utilisation and cost efficiency.
• Oversee field-service operations including technician scheduling, dispatch, troubleshooting and parts logistics.
• Manage key customer accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
• Drive spare-parts sales, inventory management and service contract growth.
• Develop and expand robotics service capabilities, including LionsBot-related service contracts.
• Evaluate new products based on technical performance, serviceability, parts availability and total cost of ownership.
• Ensure strong WSH, electrical safety and workplace safety standards.
• Develop, coach and train the technical team while maintaining a hands‑on service culture.
