The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant for an immediate placement.

You will welcome patients, manage registrations, and schedule appointments via phone, WhatsApp and email, coordinating patient flow in a medical aesthetics setting. You will assist the aesthetic doctor during minor procedures (lasers, IPL, RF, fillers, Botox), prepare consultation rooms and equipment, take standard before-and-after photos, ensure strict hygiene, and handle billing and

• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience as a Clinic Assistant, preferably within a medical aesthetic, dermatology, or setting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients warmly, manage registration, handle appointment scheduling (via phone, WhatsApp, and email), and coordinate patient flow.
• Assist the aesthetic doctor during minor procedures & medical aesthetic treatments (e.g., lasers, IPL, RF, fillers, and Botox).
• Promote company’s services and products to customers and build lasting customer relationship.
• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms, medical equipment, and consumables beforehand.
• Take standardized before-and-after clinical photographs.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
• Handle billing, payment processing, and cashiering duties.
