About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Clinic Assistant to join our team at iCare Medical and Wellness Clinic located conveniently near the Tiong Bahru MRT station. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and patient support services to our busy medical and aesthetic clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive check-in experience
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar efficiently
• Maintaining accurate patient records and medical files
• Assisting with the preparation of treatment rooms and sterilising medical equipment
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Providing support to the medical professionals as needed
• Ensuring the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Contributing to a clean, organised and professional clinic environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a medical, dental or aesthetic clinic assistant preferred
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
