Job summary

NU.U Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant / therapist to join our Orchard Central region clinic in a full-time capacity. You will support clinic operations and patient care, greeting patients, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting aestheticians during procedures.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism with infection control as a priority.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software.
• Calm demeanour with ability to reassure patients.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering patients, maintaining confidential records.
• Sterilising, preparing and organising treatment rooms per infection control.
• Assisting practitioners during procedures, passing instruments and monitoring patient comfort.
• Processing payments, managing appointments and handling admin duties.
• Educating patients on post-treatment care and aftercare instructions.
• Supporting the clinical team with consultations and information on treatments.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries with patients and staff.

About the role

NU.U Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant / therapist to join our team in the Orchard Central Region. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to support our aesthetic clinic operations and contributing to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be the backbone of our clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene. Your role will be integral to creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting our clinical team in delivering outstanding aesthetic treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and registering patients, maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

• Sterilising, preparing and organising treatment rooms and medical equipment in accordance with infection control protocols

• Assisting aesthetic practitioners during procedures, including passing instruments and monitoring patient comfort

• Processing payments, managing appointments and handling administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism

• Educating patients on post-treatment care and aftercare instructions

• Supporting the clinical team with patient consultations and providing information about available aesthetic treatments

• Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries with all patients and staff members

What we're looking for

• With or Without relevant experience as training is provided

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centred approach to care

• Proficiency in using clinic management software and computer

• A calm demeanour with the ability to reassure and support patients undergoing aesthetic procedures
