Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic) to welcome patients, assist doctors with treatments, and coordinate daily clinic operations in Singapore. The role combines patient service with administrative support to ensure smooth, professional care.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or aesthetics, and prior clinic experience is a plus, with a strong focus on accuracy, hygiene, and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in beauty therapy, aesthetics or equivalent required.
• Prior aesthetic clinic or salon experience is a plus.
• Strong patient service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a warm, friendly check-in experience.
• Assist doctors with aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Coordinate patient appointments and daily schedule.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with sterilisation of medical equipment.
• Attend to incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to doctors and medical staff as needed.
• Monitor clinic supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations.
• Keep the clinic clean, organised and professional at all times.

As a Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome patients and ensure a warm, friendly and positive check-in experience
• Assist doctors with aesthetic treatments and medical procedures
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily schedule
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and medical documentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with the cleaning and sterilisation of medical equipment.
• Attend to incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to doctors and medical staff as needed.
• Monitor clinic supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations
• Ensure the clinic remains clean, organised and professional at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent Field.
• Prior working experience in aesthetic clinic or salon is a plus.
