Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to drive campus and lateral hiring across APAC, including Singapore and New Zealand. The role combines hands-on recruitment with TA coordination, offer administration, and strategic sourcing to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in recruitment within manufacturing or aerospace, strong multi-market capabilities, and expertise with Workday/LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience across campus/internship and lateral hiring in manufacturing/aerospace environments.
• Experience managing dual-scope desks and TA coordination (offer letters, documentation, compliance).
• Multimarket support across Singapore, New Zealand, and wider APAC.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring streams and markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus and internship hiring initiatives including partnerships with universities and IHLs.
• Manage full-cycle lateral recruitment for engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance roles.
• Coordinate TA activities for Singapore and New Zealand, including offer administration and documentation tracking.
• Provide APAC-wide support to sourcing, screening, and scheduling across markets as priorities shift.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging data and networks to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to share market intelligence and hiring priorities.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday and monitor metrics to drive process improvements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent RTX/Pratt & Whitney at career events.
