Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to drive campus/internship and lateral hiring across APAC from Singapore. This fixed-term role coordinates offer letters, compliance, and data integrity in Workday while partnering with HR and business leaders to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across campus and lateral hiring.
• Experience managing dual-scope TA desk and offer administration.
• Ability to support APAC markets (Singapore, New Zealand, wider APAC).

Responsibilities

• Lead campus and internship hiring, aligning pipelines with workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle lateral recruitment across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance.
• Coordinate TA activities in Singapore and New Zealand, including offer letters.
• Provide APAC-wide support to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Develop sourcing strategies using data and partnerships.
