Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term role. You will drive campus and internship hiring while also handling lateral recruitment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.

You’ll coordinate offers for Singapore and New Zealand and provide APAC-wide TA support. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in recruitment with dual-scope responsibilities, strong organization, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment spanning campus and lateral hiring.
• Experience in managing dual-scope desks and TA coordination.
• Comfort across APAC markets (Singapore, New Zealand, wider APAC).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus and internship hiring programs and partnerships.
• Manage full-cycle lateral recruitment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Coordinate offer administration for Singapore and New Zealand markets.
• Provide APAC-wide TA support to cover sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordination.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging networks and institutional partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to provide market intelligence for decisions.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience and represent RTX/Pratt & Whitney.
