Role of the Administrator

We are now looking for a like-minded individual to fill the role of an Admin Executive. The role requires someone who sees administration not as routine, but as the backbone of a series of thriving operating processes. Job Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment operations, including candidate documentation, scheduling, and timesheet coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth flow of information between recruiters, clients, and candidates
  • Organize and update candidate and client databases with accuracy and speed
  • Assist in crafting candidate messages, follow-up emails, and job advertisements
  • Take part in job fairs, career talks, or virtual briefings to support candidate engagement
  • Periodically streamline internal admin processes and suggest improvements to boost team efficiency
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and documentation processing
  • Coordinate onboarding documents and pre-employment forms for placed candidates
Requirements
  • Prior experience in admin, operations, or HR support roles (min 1-3 years ideal, no prior experience is also welcome)
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and process-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural people-person who\'s approachable, empathetic, and calm under pressure
