Operation Execution (Allocation and Release of Document)
- Inbound - Based on assigned capacity at different sites, prepare soft copy information to the warehouse for warehouse execution.
- Outbound - Based on coordination with the buyer, prepare soft copy information to the warehouse for warehouse execution.
Invoice Validation and Creation
- Check Lease and 3PL invoices for Manager approval.
- Gather supporting documents, archive and bill using standard templates.
Administrative
- Filing documents into Google Drive.
- Consolidating data and performing data entry of information into provided templates.
- Manage any delivery exceptions or customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Process Improvement
- Work together as a team to improve processes and reduce administrative and invoicing tasks.
Education Qualifications
At least Higher Nitec or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operation Management, Engineering, Business and any other related profession.
Relevant Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficient in Excel, MS Suite, G Suite, or comfortable working with them.
- Good communication skills with the operation team, colleagues and customers.
