Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Condominium Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents / tenants.
  • Assist new owners / tenants in the application of card access, keys, move in / move out and renovation request.
  • Coordinate on-site inspection schedule for contractors, MA technicians and / or Property Executive schedule to attend to residents’ service request.
  • Provide administrative support in the collation of weekly and monthly submissions to HQ TA.
  • Answeriphones and receiveresidents request in a professional manner with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Sortand distributemail.
  • Petty cash management and booking of the estate facilities.
  • Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
  • Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance record and perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum of 'O' Level or other relevant certificates.
  • Relevant working experience in the service industry or residential development.
  • Candidates from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
