Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations, while also managing incoming sales enquiries. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently, while providing strong administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Sales Enquiry & Support Duties
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Qualify and route sales leads to the appropriate sales team members
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotes, and proposals as directed
  • Assist with preparing sales quotations, invoices and basic sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Entry level candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role is a plus.
