We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar coordination, shipment scheduling, and handling day-to-day correspondence
  • Prepare, check, and format billing, shipping documents, and management reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain well-organized records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, filing documents, and managing office supplies
  • Work closely with team members to support projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 0–1 year of relevant working experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Good multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
