Job description
Job Duties

1. Manage CDAC opt out requests and handle CDAC Fund Contribution Enquiry

Manage general enquiries on CDAC Fund contributions and opt out and process refund requests.

2. Board and Committee Administration

Maintain records and particulars for CDAC Boards and Committees, assist with meetings (attendance, logistics, conflict of interest declarations), and handle communications such as cards and awards for members.

3. Meeting and Event Support

Organize logistics for AGMs and other meetings, including preparing name plates, refreshments, seating arrangements, and ushering members. Also responsible for booking meeting rooms and supporting event-related tasks.

4. Finance and Banking Administration

Deposit Donation cheques, process and dispatch cheques, handle cash cheques (including safe‑keeping and encashment), and run banking errands as needed.

5. Mail, Courier, and Office Supplies Management

Collect and distribute incoming mail, manage outgoing mail and local courier services, check courier bills, order and check stationery supplies, and print address labels for mailings.

6. Data Entry and Miscellaneous Support

Allocate billing and perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

  • Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
