Job summary

A leading Asian investment firm is seeking a Reception Support to assist with various administrative tasks, manage the reception area, and greet visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and multitasking abilities, along with prior experience in customer service roles. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in reception, admin/accounting, or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment like phone systems and printers is a plus.

  • Handle errands such as delivering documents or purchasing supplies.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed, such as process invoices and payments, maintain records for payments, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Manage the reception area, including incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, packages, and documents.
  • Handle simple errands, such as delivering documents to the bank or purchasing refreshments/supplies from nearby stores.
  • Greeting and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for visitors, clients, and in-house meetings.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the reception and refreshment areas.
  • Assist in clearing up and cleaning after meetings and events.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in reception, F&B, admin/accounting or other customer service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.) is a plus.
