  • Prepare standard sales and service contracts.
  • Submit COE bidding applications through the ONE.MOTORING (LTA) portal.
  • Ensure timely submission of permits and compliance documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.

Job Description:
  • Draft quotations for sales of heavy equipment
  • Prepare standard sales and service contracts
  • Submit COE bidding applications through ONE.MOTORING (LTA) portal
  • Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents (e.g., vehicle approval, importation licenses, etc.)
  • Ensures accurate and complete documentation for vehicle registration
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team and assist in daily coordination with Ops team and Warehouse
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and whatsapp
  • Follow up the outstanding payment with customers
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Admin, preferably in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of LTA COE bidding and submission processes is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently in a start-up environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRMS or ERP systems is a plus
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus
