Job summary

Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily administrative operations, including office management, document filing, and coordination with external vendors.
  • Support HR daily operations such as employee onboarding/offboarding, personnel records management, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
  • Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and basic payroll-related data preparation.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Liaise with headquarters or overseas teams on administrative and HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Diploma’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with regional teams.
  • English working proficiency required.
  • Willing to work in Japan and adapt to a multicultural and international working environment.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative and/or HR-related roles is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong communication and coordination skills.
