Role Overview

The Admin Assistant role is a 6 month contract role which will primarily support the Talent team in delivering accurate and timely operations. This role ensures our staff data, letters, processes and recognition programmes are executed with care, precision and intentional hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain staff profiles using Google Sheets (to be migrated into Talenox after verification).
  • Prepare contracts and letters as tasked and maintain related records.
  • Trigger confirmation review processes and track progress.
  • Compile monthly Open Arms nominations (recognition programme).
  • Consolidate monthly staff birthdays and coordinate with Finance on birthday gift cards.
  • Register employees for courses and maintain training records.
  • Coordinate hamper orders and ensure timely delivery.
