Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Fire Safety Manager to oversee school infrastructure, facilities, and safety practices.

The role includes leading Operations Support Officers, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring fire safety, ERP updates, and emergency readiness. The candidate should possess a Diploma in Estate/Facilities Management, be well-organised, proficient in Microsoft Office, and hold a valid SFSM certificate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Estate/Facilities Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Must hold SFSM certificate and be well organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage school infrastructure, facilities and logistics to ensure a safe environment.
• Lead and supervise Operations Support Officers (OSOs).
• Oversee vendors, Managing Agents and Term Contractors.
• Ensure safety, security, fire safety and emergency preparedness.
• Serve as the Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) for the school and conduct daily fire-safety checks.
• Maintain fire-safety documentation and update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
• Support school operations, activities and events management.
• Assist with infrastructure budgets and project proposals.
• Support student discipline-related matters and other duties assigned by School Leaders.
