Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services in Singapore invites applications for an Adjunct Operations Manager who will oversee school operations, facilities management and safety matters while acting as the Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM).

This 1-year contract runs Dec 2026 to Nov 2027. The role supervises Operations Support Officers and external vendors, ensures fire safety compliance, conducts daily premises checks, maintains documentation, supports events, budgets and overall safety and security.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Estate/Facilities Management.
• Valid SFSM certificate.
• Experience in facilities, estate management, logistics, safety or school operations.
• Good organisational, managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational matters.

Duration/Working hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 9:30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
