Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Certificate as a Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM).
• Diploma or equivalent in estate and facilities management or related fields.
• Experience and knowledge in estate management, logistics, safety, and emergency planning.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous operations and safety procedures.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily fire safety inspections and identify hazards as SFSM.
• Maintain daily building presence to perform SFSM duties.
• Train and brief Operations Manager on fire safety protocols.
• Document safety arrangements and ERP with SCDF compliance.
• Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day school operations and events.
• Lead Operations Support Officers to ensure safe learning environment.
• Oversee vendors and contractors for facilities projects.
• Collaborate on budgeting and evaluation of proposals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school protocols.
• Support student discipline-related matters with leadership.
