Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP in Singapore is seeking a Technical Manager cum Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) to lead facilities management operations and fire safety across assigned site(s). You will oversee technical operations, asset reliability and statutory compliance, serving as the appointed SFSM to ensure full adherence to fire safety legislation, the Fire Code, and SCDF requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in engineering or related discipline, is registered SFSM,

Qualifications

• SFSM registration with SCDF.
• 5+ years in facilities management and fire safety management.
• Experience leading site operations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities management operations for safe, reliable building performance.
• Serve as SFSM ensuring compliance with Fire Safety Act, Fire Code, SCDF requirements.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage M&E, fire protection and building systems to maximise reliability.
• Develop and review Fire Emergency Plan, ERP, drills and emergency preparedness programmes.
• Lead technical teams, contractors and service providers to meet KPIs.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee budgets, procurement and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, SCDF, BCA and authorities on operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and quality management systems.
