Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd seeks an Adjunct Operations Manager with Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) certification to oversee fire safety at Eunoia Junior College Building. The role requires daily on-site presence to perform SFSM duties, document fire-safety arrangements, and support school operations and events while ensuring safety and preparedness. Completion of the SFSM course and SCDF qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• SFSM certification and completion of the requisite SFSM course as per SCDF regulations.
• Ability to fulfil general duties under Fire Safety (FSM) Regulations as SFSM.

Responsibilities

• Be physically present at the school daily to perform SFSM duties.
• Document all fire-safety arrangements and MOE ERP as required.
• Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations and events management to ensure safety and emergency readiness.
• Provide training and briefing to the school’s Operations Manager on SFSM responsibilities.
