This 1-year contract runs Dec 2026 to Nov 2027. The role supervises Operations Support Officers and external vendors, ensures fire safety compliance, conducts daily premises checks, maintains documentation, supports events, budgets and overall safety and security.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Estate/Facilities Management.
• Valid SFSM certificate.
• Experience in facilities, estate management, logistics, safety or school operations.
• Good organisational, managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations, facilities and maintenance matters.
• Supervise Operations Support Officers and external vendors/contractors.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety and emergency preparedness requirements.
• Conduct daily premises checks and address potential fire hazards.
• Maintain fire safety documentation and support the school's Emergency Response Plan.
• Support school activities, events and overall safety and security.
• Assist with facilities-related projects, budgets and operational matters.
