About the Role

Our client is a PR and communications consultancy with a strong focus on technology, digital storytelling, and integrated communications, operating across key APAC markets. They are seeking an experienced Talent Management and HR Business Partner (HRBP) professional to join our Singapore team.

This role plays a critical part in shaping talent strategy, organisational capability, leadership development, and employee experience, supporting both the Singapore business and future regional growth initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management and people strategies aligned with organisational and business goals

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams on workforce planning and talent needs

  • Design and support leadership development, learning pathways, and career frameworks

  • Support and drive performance management cycles, coaching, and feedback practices

  • Enhance employee engagement, internal mobility, and retention initiatives

  • Apply people and talent analytics to inform decision-making and organisational planning

  • Advise stakeholders on organisational design, change management, and people-related matters

  • Strengthen company culture and employee experience across assigned business units

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management, in collaboration with relevant teams

  • Develop and maintain HR frameworks, playbooks, and guidelines to support consistency and scalability

  • Contribute to people-related planning for future regional expansion initiatives

Requirements
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Organisational Development, or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing people programmes or frameworks

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering senior leaders

  • Good understanding of performance management, succession planning, and change management

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

  • Experience within a PR, communications, digital marketing, or agency environment is advantageous, particularly in client-facing or project-based organisations
