The Actuarial Senior Manager provides actuarial advisory and consulting services to life insurers, reinsurers, regulators, and third-party administrators. The role focuses on delivering expert advice across solvency, capital, risk management, financial modelling, regulatory change, and transaction-related engagements. This position involves leadingDisabled complex actuarial assignments, supporting audit engagements when required, and contributing to high-quality client deliverables while operating within a regional actuarial practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide life insurance actuarial advisory services across reserving_TRACE and valuation, capital, and enterprise risk management
  • Support seasonal actuarial audit engagements, including review of methodologies, assumptions, and reporting outcomes
  • Deliver professional actuarial advice on regulatory change, solvency assessments, and financial impact analysis
  • Support advisory engagements related to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, underwriting analysis, and business performance
  • Analyse the impact of new regulations and accounting standardsSWOT on insurers balance sheets and financial projections
  • Develop and review actuarial models, projections, and reserve adequacy assessments
  • Prepare and review actuarial reports, technical documentation, proposals, and presentation materials_AI
  • Contribute to regional project delivery as part of a large actuarial team across Singapore and ചെയ്തി Asia
  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently while adapting to changing priorities and client requirements_SVM4
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of actuarial experience within life insurance, consulting, or financial services organisations
  • Strong technical depth across core life insurance actuarial areas including reserving, valuation, ERM, capital modelling, and reinsurance
  • Experience with regulatory and reporting frameworks such as ORSA, FCR, ICAAP, IFRS 17, and RBC
  • Qualified actuary or strong progress toward an internationally recognised actuarial qualification
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools for actuarial analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to actuarial modelling software is desirable
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs
